Does my client need an account?
No. They enter their email, receive a six-digit code, and they’re in. Nothing to install or sign up for.
What can I upload?
Any static site or build output: plain HTML, React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, or a Webflow or Framer export. Sites made with AI builders work too, once you export the static build. If it runs in a browser without a server, it works.
What happens when a link expires?
It stops working immediately and shows a simple “this preview has ended” page. You can extend or reopen it from your dashboard.
Can my client share it with their team?
Only if you allow it. Add their company domain and anyone there can get in with their own code, so you still see exactly who viewed it.
Will my client know you’re telling me when they look?
Yes. The access page says plainly that you’ll see when they open the preview and which pages they view. Their email is used only to send their code.
Do you host the finished site?
No. Peekbox holds a build while your client reviews it, then lets go. Keep launching wherever you already do: Vercel, Netlify, WordPress, or your client’s own server.
How is this different from preview hosts and tunnels?
Most tools give you a public URL, maybe behind one shared password. Peekbox is built for the client side: each person gets their own code, nothing to install or sign up for, your studio’s branding on the door, links that expire on their own, and a record of exactly who opened it.
